Each client is assigned a senior engineer who is responsible for ensuring support consistency and continuity. This engineer is ultimately responsible for all your service requests. There is someone from the helpdesk ready to help, even during extended working hours.
Video based CAI (Computer Aided Instruction) is directly accessible via the web from your workstation (this requires registration of your network at http://service.perfectlaw.com).
Webinars, such as software demonstrations, and special interest group workshops are conducted on an ongoing basis.
A Service Website forum is available with message boards where questions can be posted to topic groups and shared with other contributors.
