Miami, October, 2006 – PerfectLaw® Software, developed by Executive Data Systems, Inc., announced the immediate availability of two new tools specifically designed to provide law firms with extended features to facilitate storing PDF documents.  The (1) PerfectLaw® Acrobat® PDF Save & Profile Plug-in for users of the full version of Adobe Acrobat® Standard or Professional and (2) the Save & Profile to PDF Driver; both to be used in conjunction with the PerfectLaw® Document Management System. 

The plug-in allows users to save and profile existing PDF documents with the click of a button within Acrobat® while the driver allows users to generate a PDF from any application then, automatically saves and profiles the document into a matter.  The driver provides a cost saving since it does not require the full version of Acrobat and the Plug-in offers the added convenience to full version users of saving and profiling documents without document creation delays.  The driver also provides the added flexibility of generating, saving, and profiling a PDF from any application.
