The one-step imaging product generates a coversheet containing all necessary profile information for the documents that are to be scanned. The coversheet is placed on top of the stacks of papers to be imaged and is now ready for network scanning by your firm’s scanning department. Once the documents are scanned (along with the coversheet), the document will automatically be saved and profiled to the selected matter and routed to the appropriate parties as well. In addition to the extensive standard Reports Library provided with PerfectLaw’s Back Office Report Writer, one of the distinct features of our software is that our report writer creates the report and automatically profiles it into the matter of your choice in various digital formats without the need to export. You can choose to automatically save and profile reports in various spreadsheet programs including Excel and Lotus Notes, as well as word processors and PDF files. You can even setup report sets to include, say, 10 reports that you run at the end of each month with a single mouse click rather than run each individually.
